How we work?

Our global Relationship Management Team consists of 21 colleagues who work from US & Canada, UK, Poland and Singapore. This role will report directly to the Relationship Management Team Lead.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office from time to time with respect to your own commitments.

By the end of the first three months you will learn how to:

• Grow and manage assigned portfolio of high value Clients.
• Acquire new Clients through networking and professional contacts.
• Provide outstanding service and build relationships with a dedicated portfolio of OANDA’s clients.
• Retain Clients through proactive management, utilising OANDA's products and services, conduct regular Client education on the platform and products.
• Regularly contacting Clients to maintain a strong working relationship and deliver high value solutions.
• Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Compliance Department to maintain Client excellence.

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years Relationship Management, Sales or Client-facing services experience.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.
• CMFAS 1B, 6 & 6A qualifications would be an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, experience in Salesforce would be an asset.
• Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Passionate about Forex trading and enjoys discussing the financial markets.
• Singaporeans and PRs are preferred.
